The hotel is beautifully situated on the shores of Okanagan Lake with convenient access to the lakefront walkway. The rooms are clean, well-stocked, and come equipped with a full kitchen, offering a variety of options at different price points. Although dining availability was a letdown on Mondays, the service was friendly overall. The location provides a gorgeous setting, albeit with a minor dining inconvenience. The facilities offer lounge chairs, umbrellas, and top-notch pool towels, making for a relaxing stay.
Staying at this hotel was like having a mini luxury vacation with cozy rooms and attentive service. The location was excellent, right on the water and close to wineries, though the dining experience could have been better. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was awesome with full amenities for self-catering if needed and had a beautiful lake view from the spacious balcony. The service was top-notch with extremely pleasant and helpful staff, especially Stan, the Night Manager. The location was superb, close to the highway for easy access to wineries and right by the lakeshore for relaxing walks. The dining experience was not included but still enjoyable, and the facilities were impressive.
